1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
For handmade or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for production.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

All shipments are sent with tracking using trusted carriers.
3. How much does shipping cost?

For other countries, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
We’ll assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or shipping, it may be modified or canceled.
Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
7. Is it normal for handmade products to vary slightly?
Yes. Our products are handcrafted using natural materials, which means minor variations in color, texture, or finish are part of their character and uniqueness.
8. Where are your products made?
All of our products are carefully handcrafted in our boutique studio in Stockholm, Sweden.
Every piece is made in small quantities with attention to detail, quality, and timeless design.
9. What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

10. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, please return the product and place a new order.
11. Do you offer gift packaging?
While we don’t offer standard gift packaging, we’re happy to provide elegant and minimal wrapping upon request. Just leave a note with your order.
12. How do I care for my products?
Leather: Use natural balm or cream to condition and protect the surface.
Wood: Gently oil with cold-pressed olive oil, let it sit, then wipe clean with a soft cloth.

14. Are your products vegan?
Our leather goods are made from natural vegetable-tanned leather, which is not vegan but free from chromium and harsh chemicals.
Wood pieces are treated only with natural oils.
15. Will a receipt be included in the package if it’s a gift?
No. All receipts are sent via email. No price information is included in the physical package, so it’s safe for gifting.
