We currently ship to most European countries, as well as the United States and Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times

Sweden: 1–4 business days
European Union: 3–6 business days
USA & Canada: Approximately 5–12 business days (may vary depending on customs processing)

All shipments are trackable. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Made to Order & Artisan Production

At Daniel Frantzen, we are committed to craftsmanship over mass production.

Each piece is either handmade in small batches or produced on demand using high-quality materials such as vegetable-tanned leather and solid hardwoods.

As a result, many of our products are made to order, and this artisanal approach may occasionally extend the delivery time. We believe that exceptional quality is worth waiting for, and our customers value receiving a product that is truly personal and built to last.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK
EU countries: Flat rate from €10
USA & Canada: Calculated at checkout depending on carrier and weight

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Swedish public holidays).
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order products may require 2–5 additional business days for production before shipment.

Carriers

We work with reliable international carriers including PostNord, DHL, and UPS, depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
